A good place to pause if you're driving through Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe.
There is a car park at the start of a walk around Buachaille Etive Beag (‘the little Shepherd of the Glen’) where you can park and (carefully) cross the A82 to reach the stone cairn and rocky river. Sometimes a little soggy, but it can be a great spot to stop and sit and snack in fine weather, and you're surrounded by the most amazing scenery.
A towel might be handy if you have a wee one who enjoys splashing stones in the water, or a bit of dam building.
